Not yet for public release. The architecture has been running in sim for 5+ years now, but only for conAsm except for our partial compiler, now abandoned. When genAsm and the specializer are ready (Real Soon Now) then we expect to provide either online access via our servers or a downloadable version to run on your own, or both. The full LLVM-based tool chain will take longer.
